Marinated and mesquite smoked tri-tip (top sirloin)...
...served with fries,Kansas City bbq sauce,sauted onions,slaw and a Chateau Corkscrew Barolo...
...and for dessert a strawberry clafoutie with chocolate ice cream and a Chateau Corkscrew Dark Chocolate Orange port...

Morellino Toscana Style
Morellino because the grape of this wine is mora (dark) like the color of the vigorous and potent Morelli thoroughbred. The 85% Tuscan Sangiovese minimum explains the dark and compact color. The bouquet is spicy: vanilla, pink pepper, rhubarb. Its velvet tannins, full-body, and smoothness make the tasting an exciting experience.
