Apple smoked,maple glazed pork center loin rack...
...with garlic mash,sweet peas and a Chateau Corkscrew Super-Tuscan:(Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot). Deep impenetrable burgundy with purple shimmers. Very intense to the nose, deep and rich. In the mouth: A perfect balance of all the different compounds and such soft tannins.
